Since March is for marching here is the march for March.  Colonel Bogey is a British March (often a little slower than American marches) dating back to 1914.  It has enjoyed a lot of popularity over the years and has been used in many movies.  If you don’t recognize the the title right away once you hear the first two notes (F-D) you will probably be able to sing the rest of the melody without the music.  The degree of difficulty is 1.5 because of a couple of high notes but an adapted melody could be played by a 1st year student.  Anyway if you are marching this season let us give you just one tip:  Good Shoes!

YOU CAN FIND THE MUSIC FOR ALL THE INSTRUMENTS ON ONE PAGE

  • Find your Instrument in one of the colored boxes.
  • Click on the box and the music for your instrument will pop-up.
  • NOTE:  You’ll need Adobe Acrobat to see, download, and print out the music.
